Mid-2013 I created a corporate identity for the business of my father. He is an independent stucco worker (Versnaeyen Werner) and has a distinctive elegant style. He has two main occupations. On the one hand he makes stucco with special colour pigments, on the other hand he also creates beautiful plaster moulures (or mouldings).
With these two features and his name, I started of designing his logo. With his initials I created a typographic composition. After that I added two straight lines that formed a direct link to the elegance and the rigidity of the mouldings.
